Telraam provides high-quality, real-time, multimodal traffic data. Using AI-sensors and open-source software, it enables citizens, companies and local authorities to generate fine-grained traffic counting data. The Telraam platform publishes all data as open data, easily accessible to any interested party. Originating in 2019 from a collaboration between Transport & Mobility Leuven, Mobiel 21, and Waanz.in, Telraam's development and maintenance have been managed by Rear Window BV since January 2021. The service supports better street planning and traffic management and currently there are 2,300 active traffic counters in +40 countries.
